I am Winfred Scarborough, owner and operator of Scarborough Security Services, based in and serving the Gulf Coast community. I’m a dedicated and proactive law enforcement professional with extensive experience in training and effectively motivating teams.

 

I have been working in security for over 24 years, serving as a police officer, a jailer, a constable, and both armed and unarmed security guards for the Grand Casino, FEMA (Homeland Security), and Stennis Space Center.

 

I possess excellent communication, motivational, interpersonal, and presentation skills. I am a strong leader with a firm but fair attitude and a reputation for honesty, integrity, and loyalty. My expertise in police and security procedures is outstanding, and I uphold a strong work ethic and attendance record.
